"We scoop poop so you don't have to"
How often do you provide service?

Most clients elect to receive service weekly. However, we are happy to provide service more frequently or less frequently depending on your needs. Prices for weekly and one time service are listed on our website. Please contact us for a quote if you wish to receive more or less frequent service.

Do you work during the winter?

Yes. We work whenever the weather allows us to. Certain weather, especially heavy snow, may require services to postponed by as much as a week. In this event, the normal fees will apply since the same amount of cleanup is required. If snow stays on the ground for more than a week, but there is no new snow, we will do regular clean ups to minimize any accumulation of pet waste. Some customers may prefer to put service on hold for the cold months. We are happy to accommodate. However, there will be an extra charge for the first spring cleanup.

How do I pay?
Payment is due by the 1st of the month in order to ensure service is not interrupted. Payment is due at the time of service for new clients and one time service. We accept checks, cash or credit cards.

Are there any contracts to sign?

No. Service can be started with just a phone call or email. You can cancel service at any time. We just ask you to give us 24 hours’ notice. We recommend that cancel service at the end of the month as refunds will not be granted. For certain special offers there are commitments to duration of service.

How do you guarantee satisfaction?

If you let us know you’re not happy with our service we will re-visit your property within 24 hours. We ask you to notify us immediately if you are unhappy so that we can assess the situation properly. The only caveat to our guarantee is if the yard is full of leaves or the grass is very long. Please remember in order to remove the waste we must be able to see it.

Do I need to be home?

There is no need for you to be home. If you do have a locked gate, please be sure it is unlocked on your service day.

Can my dog be in the yard while you're scooping?

In most cases, yes. We love dogs and get along well with them. But to ensure the safety of all parties involved we request that if your dog is not good with strangers, please restrain or confine it on service days.

What do you do with the dog waste?

We bag it and throw it away in your trash can or a place where you ask us to put it. If that is not desired, we can haul it away for you for a $2 a week fee.
